Emily Pallot
Chartered Architect
With several years of industry experience and recognition as a former RIBAJ rising star, I have also served as a Director at Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt architects, overseeing a diverse portfolio of high-value projects while leading our London Studio. Additionally, I am currently employed as an Industry and Practice Partner for the University of Reading and various other educational collaborations. Outside of work, my passion lies in cycling, and I recently collaborated with Ladies in Real Estate to establish Doyenne, an inclusive cycling club for women in property boasting over 150 members. Previously, I contributed to the BCO next-gen and presently serve on the research committee. I've spearheaded various initiatives, such as the BCO Ideas Project competition (attended by over 200 people) and participated in judging the BCO awards. My professional focus involves crafting detailed conceptual designs, from initial site review to meticulous placemaking, as well as handling planning applications and project delivery across a diverse range of clients.
