James Bazeley
Director
James is a highly experienced architect and designer with over 20 years of professional practice.
He is the founding director of Working Title Architects, a narrative-led, experiential-design focussed architectural practice with a specialism in residential, hospitality and workplace development.
Prior to founding Working Title Architects, James was a Director of Hutchinson & Partners where he led a series of high-profile projects, these range from complex urban infill sites, through to the design of several large mixed-use and residential-led developments for some of the country’s leading housebuilders and landowners.
He studied at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Westminster University, graduating in 2009 and qualifying as a registered architect in 2010. He has also worked for the London based practices UNIT Architects, Bennetts Associates, David Miller Architects and Barrett Lloyd David Associates.
