Luke is a Chartered Civil Engineer with expertise in sustainable drainage, flood risk strategy, and climate-resilient infrastructure. He has wide-ranging experience delivering urban infrastructure and SuDS solutions that integrate with landscape and architecture, enhancing biodiversity, public realm quality, and placemaking outcomes.
He is a Chartered Member of both the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation. Alongside project work, Luke serves as a Professional Reviewer for the ICE and is a Trustee of an environmental charity, reflecting his commitment to design quality, sustainability, and mentoring the next generation of engineers.
