Rebecca is a design professional and manager with 15 years experience in the construction industry. As a registered Architect and lead designer, she has a strong background in designing and delivering multi-million pound, award winning facilities for many of the leading University and Research Campuses in the UK. Having worked in architectural practice as a senior manager for more than a decade, she has developed a broad skill set including project planning, financial oversight, and resource management, and as a collaborative and supportive leader, she encourages teamwork and open communication to enable everyone to contribute to shared goals.
