Neil Sterling

Neil is a practising architect and Director / LLP Member at tp bennett, with more than 25 years’ experience across architectural practice in the UK and internationally, including previous roles with Foster + Partners, 3DReid and in the United States. Neil’s experience includes projects from early feasibility and pre-planning design development to technical delivery, with particular focus on residential-led mixed use, conventional residential, co-living, Build to Rent, purpose-built student accommodation, commercial office new-build, office retrofit and refurbishment, aviation-led infrastructure and retail. Neil is a member of the RIBA, a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Architects and an active member of The London Society. He works as an invited RIBA industry and practice mentor, a past RIBA committee member, and has presented or lectured at a number of industry forums, including the British Council for Offices, Forum for the Built Environment, Construction Industry Knowledge Transfer Network and Middlesex University.
