Simon is an experienced architect and key designer within PRP’s later living team. Simon was appointed an associate in 2018 and became director in 2024. He leads on feasibility studies and planning for urban retirement living and care home developments across the UK. Simon is experienced in all areas of running building projects from initial feasibility and developing the brief, design development and consultation, through to detailed planning. He also has experience of the various procurement methods including traditional JCT, partnering and design and build.
