Paloma Hermoso

Paloma Hermoso is the Head of Sustainability at Ward Williams Associates, where she leads the integration of sustainability across the built environment, from early-stage strategy through to delivery. With a background spanning project management, retrofit and sustainable design, she specialises in developing practical, performance-led approaches that balance environmental ambition with commercial and design realities.
Paloma is a Fellow Project Manager, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and a Passivhaus Consultant. She is also accredited as a Retrofit Coordinator under PAS 2035/2038 and is an experienced Life Cycle Assessment practitioner.
She is particularly interested in how sustainability can move beyond compliance to support better decision-making on projects, helping clients and design teams navigate complexity and deliver meaningful outcomes.
